A working online internet connection is required to receive online services. Online services requires a technician to remotely connect to the customer's computer to help diagnose, configure, or fix various issues. Secure remote desktop software is used to connect to the customer's PC. The secure remote software is tested 100% safe and is used by IT professionals that work for top fortune 500 companies and also trusted by computer experts all around the world.

There is absolutely no access to a customer's computer without their knowledge or permission to do so. The customer can end a remote session at anytime without requiring permission from the technician. Everything can be viewed live on the customer's computer monitor as tasks are being performed.

The technician may communicate directly with the customer during the remote session by the built in secure chat feature, telephone, or both.

Prices:

The customer is charged one flat fee per service performed no matter how long it takes to resolve the customer's issue.

Their are no hidden fees or charges ever. Customers are encouraged to get an estimate on repair costs prior to ordering any service. All current prices are listed and/or available upon request.

Prepayment is required for all paid services.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

Appointments are a convenient way for customer's to conveniently schedule a service online.

There is no charge to make an online appointment.

Please provide a valid telephone number so that a technician may contact you at the time you requested.

Service:

An active internet connection is required to share screens and properly diagnose your PC. All service duration times are approximate and may require more or less time to complete. Please backup any important files you may have on the PC that requires service.

Reservations:

All appointment reservations are required to be verified. You will receive a link at the email address you used to make the appointment. Once you have verified your appointment - your time will be locked in.

Payment:

Pre-payment for services is required.

Cancellation:
