I think my computer has a virus and I can't connect to the internet. Can you still fix my computer?

Yes. In most cases we can still connect to your computer and remove the virus infection by just entering a few special commands on your keyboard. Do I have to pay you before you fix my computer?

Before each repair - we will usually authorize a credit card for the full costs of the repair or send you an invoice.

Yes. As long as you have an active connection to the internet - we can help.

Do I have to install some sort of program before you fix my computer?

When we repair your computer online - you'll be asked to run a small program that enables us to view your screen. The software is easy to run and downloads quickly.

The time it takes to fix your issue depends on the current state of your computer and what needs to be done to successfully repair it. The good news is we charge by the job and not by the hour.

Will you be able to see everything I do on my computer?

During the remote support session - yes. Once the repair has been completed the secure software we use to share screens will automatically uninstall itself from your computer.
