I think my computer has a virus and I can't connect to the internet. Can you still fix my computer?

Do I have to install some sort of program before you fix my computer?

Will you be able to see everything I do on my computer?
During the remote support session - yes. Once the repair has been completed the secure software we use to share screens will automatically uninstall itself from your computer.x
